The Service is designed to enable developers and businesses to build AI applications without managing underlying infrastructure.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Maintaining the security of your API keys

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

Our pay-as-you-go model includes:

• $5 minimum subscription requirement
• Usage-based pricing per API call
• Charges calculated based on specific APIs used
• Monthly billing cycles
• No refunds for consumed credits

Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect existing committed usage. You will be notified of price changes in advance.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal activities or violating any laws
• Generating harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content

• Distributing malware or harmful code

Open Source: We support open-source projects through our revenue-sharing model and respect the intellectual property rights of all contributors.
